History Here!
Does your character have any close ties to existing canon characters?
Not a God Damn One.
Why do you think your character would work in this setting?
Peter has just had his entire world shaken to hell by getting into a giant fight with the father of the girl he has a crush on and while he managed to save the day? He feels as though it could have gone differently. He's lost the girl, so he needs a vacation. A breather from the life he knows in New York. Yes, this means leaving Aunt May, but if time really is holding still back home while he's in New Dodge, he's fine with it. So he willingly accepts Eli's offer because Peter wants time and space to really think through his choices and decisions and come to terms with what happened. This is the best place to manage this.
How do you plan to expand their CR?
Peter Parker is the least unfriendly person in the world. In fact, he's social. Cautiously social, sure, since he has a lot of secrets he wants to keep. And not prone to making many friends, instead contenting himself to a select handful of closer. But that won't mean he won't talk to people and try to help where he can. He likes being helpful. Useful.

[ Text post for his first go? Absolutely. He got the shit kicked out of him recently and while he wouldn't mind making friends, he doesn't want to play twenty questions as to why he's a bruised and sort of bleeding hot mess. Or...the weird goggles he has, or the ski mask. Or basically any of it. ]
Hi, New Dodge. Name's Peter Parker. Just stepped off the shuttle. I'm fifteen years old, hail from Queens New York. I'm told I need to find a part time job, but I've never had one before, so I should probably start with what I'm good at and see what happens.
I'm good with computers, both programming and repair and maintenance in general. If it's broken, it's very likely I can fix it.
I feel most at home in a lab setting. Chemistry is something I've always had a lot of interest in so if there's a lab apprenticeship open, I'm happy to look into it.
If anyone wants to tell me more about where I am, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
